However, if you have recieved an item which is faulty or damaged, we will refund or exchange this item for you. If you recieve a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days of receieving it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally we will need the faulty product to be sent back to our address. Once your return is recieved and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have recieved your return item and a full refund will be sent to.
